At Miles Beyond, we work with your schedule each week based on performance and upcoming events to deliver the best training plan that is open to adjustments.

Interested in what goes into your first week of training? From client to client, your first week will be all about learning about your running styles, schedule and your paces.
To track progress and improvement, we will perform a distance test every ~4-8 weeks. This allows us to reset effort paces as we train.
